Hello, my name is Sudhi, and I am delighted to welcome you to Spices of India in Forney, TX. My culinary journey began in India, where I earned my degree from the Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Chennai. I later trained at the iconic Taj Connemara, Chennai, and worked as a Chef at ITC Maratha, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Mumbai.
Over the years, I have owned and operated several restaurants across the United States, specializing in authentic Indian and Indo-Chinese cuisine. These experiences have shaped my passion for bold flavors, premium ingredients, and traditional cooking techniques.
At Spices of India, every dish is prepared with care, authenticity, and attention to detail. It is my pleasure to bring the rich culinary heritage of India and Indo-American cuisine to the Forney community.
